They also provide ongoing commercial support to clients, guaranteeing personalised service and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each partner. The B2B website stands out for being an online shop aimed solely at resale customers, which allows you to place orders for our exclusive brands quickly and easily. It has real stocks, guaranteeing up-to-date information and current product availability. In addition, our portal allows users to mark their favourite items and saves their latest orders, making it easier to manage and repeat orders for a more efficient shopping experience.

  • How can I become a customer?

     To become a customer of our exclusive brands, you must fill out our contact form, providing all the requested information and expressing your interest in the field reserved for "Message".  

  • How can I have an account on the B2B website?

    If you are already our customer, you can request your access data by contacting us or sending an email to: marcasexclusivas@jbcomercioglobal.pt.

  • What is the minimum order value?

    The minimum value for shipping orders to Portugal is €100 net* with associated shipping costs of €7*.


    For orders over €350 net*, postage is free.

  • Can I come and visit the showroom?

     We have an exclusive showroom for our brands that we distribute exclusively. To schedule a visit, please contact our Customer Service via email: marcasexclusivas@jbcomercioglobal.pt or the sales representative in your geographical area.  

  • Can I find your exclusive brands at fairs/exhibitions?

     Yes, you can find our exclusive brands at various Stationery, Gift and Decoration fairs/exhibitions throughout the year. Find out more at Fairs and Exhibitions.  

  • Can I access digital content from your exclusive brands?

     Yes, we provide digital content for our brand customers, including materials for social media, websites, blogs and other digital platforms. In addition, we develop customized merchandising that can be applied at points of sale, ensuring that our exclusive brands have the necessary prominence to increase sales.
